This patty is stuffed with the national Jamaican dish of ackee and codfish. First boiled to par-cook the ackee, the base is then strained and sauteed with salted codfish that has been cooked and drained. The mixture is carefully blended with onion, garlic, thyme, scallion and other fresh herbs, a real treat for the unsuspecting palate. Dig in and enjoy! (Licking fingers is allowed)
